About Us

The Department of Energy Management was established in the year 2005-2006. The main objective is to promote interdisciplinary reserach and to provide necessary resource to students and scholars, in energy resources, planning, technology of energy uses in various sectors and energy related softwares for a wide range of applications.
The Department is currently focused on providing Full time M.Tech (Renewable Energy) & Full time and Part time Ph.D. programs which cover exhaustively the area of Energy Management and providing energy and environmental co-relation and detailed information on environmental friendly energy conversion technologies and economics.

Objective

    The International Conference on Renewable Energy for Sustainable Environment – Challenges and Remedies (ICRESE - 2017). Aims to provide an outstanding opportunity for academicians, scientists and professionals to address new and emerging developments, challenges and technological advancements in the field of renewable energy for sustainable environment. The vision of ICRESE-2017 is to create an international platform for the efficient communication between the researchers and practitioners working world wide on the diverse areas in energy and environment in sustainable ways with a common interest of a glorious future.

Paper Submission Guidelines

We solicit original, unpublished, and innovative research work on applying any intelligent methods to all aspects around the theme of this conference.
  1. The papers should not exceed 6 A-4 two-column pages and not shorter than 4 pages of technical content including figures and references. Refer : IEEE format: Latex / Word
  2. Papers having similarity measure of more than 20% will not be accepted for review. Refer: Plagiarism
  3. At least one author should be registered in order to have their paper accepted for the conference. The corresponding author will be solely responsible for the content of the submitted paper(s).
  4. All submitted papers will be sent to reviewers for a blind review. The parameters based on which reviewers will evaluate the papers are Technical Content and Scientific Rigour, Novelty and Originality, Quality of Presentation, Relevance and Timeliness.
  5. All presented papers will be part of Conference Proceedings and the extended papers will be published in International Journal of Renewable Energy Research (IJRER), International Journal of Energy and Power Engineering Research (IJEPER) and as a book chapter in some of the reputed publishing agency like TERI, CRC etc.
  6. All submissions must be made online within the published deadlines on the conference website.

Paper Selection process

Step 1 : (Received) Abstracts* / full length papers received will be given paper ID in relevant to the conference topic & track.
Step 2 : (Under Screening) Initial screening review will be done by the Technical Program Committee of ICRESE-2017. Initial screening include relevance to the conference topic, plagiarism***, organization of the paper, quality of figures/diagrams/illustrations/equations and etc.
Step 3 : x-fast(Under Review) Papers got through Step 2 alone will be forwarded to technical review process.
Step 4 : (Revision) Corresponding author will be notified the outcome of the review process and the revised version of the manuscript shall be submitted within five days on the date of intimation.
Step 5 : (Under Review) Revised version of the papers will be sent for reviewer to ensure that all the suggested corrections have been carried out. If the reviewer recommended for minor revision TPC recommends its decision to the organizing Chair on the paper.
Step 6 : (Accept / Reject) Final decision will be taken by the organizing chair based on the recommendations by the reviewers / TPC and the same will be intimated to the corresponding authors.
Step 7 : (CRP Received / Not Received) status of the Camera Ready Paper after the acceptance.
Step 8 : (REG Complete / Pending) Status of the registration
* No paper will be accepted without screening review and technical review process
** Full length papers shall be submitted in order to consider the paper for review process.
